Wolfgang Bub

Wolfgang Bub is Of Counsel at Bub Memminger & Partner. He specializes in civil law with a focus on real estate law. He advises companies and consumers on the acquisition of real estate, the implementation of projects (including the division into condominiums) and the drafting and negotiation of rental agreements. In addition, Wolfgang Bub advises on questions relating to heritable building rights. A further focus of his activities is pre-insolvency advice, where he succeeded in the successful restructuring and reorganization of distressed companies. Wolfgang Bub is also active in litigation, where he has already litigated several large cases in the past. The subject of these cases was, amongst others, corporate disputes between shareholders of a world market leader.
