FRANZISKA BORDT

Franziska Bordt is a lawyer at Bub Memminger & Partner. She studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich from 2012 to 2017 with the university focus on "Corporate Law: Corporate / Capital Market and Insolvency Law". During her legal clerkship, she already extended her focus of interest to the area of residential property law in addition to corporate law. In parallel to her legal advice, Franziska Bordt is involved in the preparation of academic works together with Prof. Dr. Wolf-Rüdiger Bub.
