FRANZ ENDERLE

Franz Enderle is a founding partner at Bub Memminger & Partner. His practice focuses on banking, capital markets, commercial and corporate law. Particularly in stock corporation law, Franz Enderle has many years of experience in almost all functions. His work ranges from the exercise of his own rights as a shareholder to his activities as a supervisory board member and shareholder representative at general meetings and their management to the organisation of interest groups for the enforcement of shareholder rights and voting consortia as well as the support of takeover bids and restructurings. A further focus of his work is the support of corporate law disputes in partnerships and corporations. He represents clients in legal disputes before state courts, in arbitration proceedings and in out-of-court settlements of disputes. He also acts as a defender, witness and representative of the injured party in investigations, criminal proceedings and administrative offence proceedings related to his civil law practice.

Prior to founding Bub Memminger & Partner, Franz Enderle held the same position at Bub Gauweiler & Partner from 2001 to 2019. Previously, he was also a partner at Dr. Schreiner Enderle and a freelancer and partner at the law firm now known as CMS.
